At J&I Services Car Rental, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to offer a flexible cancellation policy that provides our customers with peace of mind and convenience. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Timeframe

● Cancellations made at within or less then 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time are NOT eligible for a full refund.

● Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

● Cruise Passenger / Cruise Terminal Only:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.                                                   Full refund if the cruise is canceled or the ship misses/skip the port.

● If you tested positive before or during your cruise, a full refund will be provided with valid proof of a covid test.

2. No Shows

● In the case of a no-show (failure to pick up the vehicle without prior cancellation), the full rental amount will be charged.

3. Cancellation Process

● To cancel a reservation, please contact our customer service team directly via phone or email, providing your reservation               details and the reason for cancellation.

● A confirmation of your cancellation will be provided, along with any applicable refund information.

4. Refunds

● Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

● All refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the reservation process.

● Please note that it may take a up to 15 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
